Nursing homes · Assisted-living residences

One residence.One team.One day.One clear view.

SeniFlow brings residents, rooms, staff and the day together in one place. Less time searching, more time for the residents.

The problem

A residence lives through hundreds of small events every day. The problem is not a lack of information. It is knowing where it is, and which of it is right.

  • the care software
  • the room spreadsheet
  • the front desk notebook
  • messages on the phone
  • the kitchen whiteboard
  • the night shift's memory

SeniFlow brings it all together in one place, for the whole team.

The product

Your whole residence, on one screen.

Each module answers a real moment of the day. The examples are SeniFlow's real messages; modules marked "Soon" are in the works.

Residents

A full record for each resident: status, room, key contacts, diet and allergies known to the kitchen.

Rooms

The floor plan, always current: free, reserved, occupied, being prepared, under works. Never booked twice.

My daySoon

What lies ahead, at the top of the screen: the day's tasks, reminders at the right time and messages from the team.

Leaves and returnsSoon

A stay with family or in hospital, a return: the front desk and the care team know at once.

Mrs Dupont's return recorded at 15:04. The team has been told.

Keys, parking, storageSoon

Something already assigned cannot be assigned again. It is only freed once the key or badge is back.

Space P-18 is already assigned to Mr Janssens until 31/01. Choose another space.

Rota and cleaningSoon

Who works, who cleans what, day by day. Time off is one click, and understaffing is flagged.

MealsSoon

Menus, textures and diets for every resident. The kitchen knows the allergies before serving.

Mrs Peeters is allergic to strawberries: dessert replaced with fruit.

HandoversSoon

The handover from one shift to the next, checked and completed, lands in messages and at the top of "My day".

MaintenanceSoon

A fault is followed through to the end: to do, in progress, to check, closed. Mandatory checks are ready for inspection.

Who it's for

Every role finds what it needs.

Management chooses, page by page, what each person uses or sees. Everyone keeps their bearings.

ManagementThe big picture

Occupancy, staffing, the day's events, team access rights and the full history.

Front desk and adminArrivals and departures

Admissions, leaves and returns, rooms, keys and parking, family contacts.

Care teamThe residents' day

The day's tasks, handovers, absences and appointments. Health data is theirs alone.

Kitchen, cleaning, maintenanceToday's work

Meals and diets, cleaning plan, faults to fix, on a tablet or a phone.

Trust

Residents' data is well looked after.

Access page by page

Each profile sees its own work, nothing more. A restricted action is not just hidden: the server refuses it.

Nothing is erased

A permanent departure is confirmed step by step. Every day stays in the history, readable years later.

Health kept for care

Medical information is visible only to the care team and management.

In French and Dutch

Everyone picks their language. On a computer, tablet or phone, with night mode for night shifts.

Getting started

Your residence in SeniFlow, in four steps.

A few minutes each. The "?" button explains every page, and the guided tour shows the real buttons.

  1. Import the residents

Your Excel list becomes SeniFlow records, with no retyping. Nothing is saved until you click.

    about 5 min
  2. Describe the rooms

Rooms, apartments and studios, floor by floor, with their state.

  3. Invite the team

Each person gets the profile of their role. You then adjust page by page.

  4. Import the rotaSoon

SeniFlow reads your rota, even a photo of a handwritten one, and shows what it understood before adding anything.

Made by people who do the job

SeniFlow was designed by professionals from nursing homes and assisted-living residences, from what they live every day.

It speaks like a colleague leaving a clear note before the end of a shift. In the words of the job, not of software:
